HOW DO I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY SHOPPING CART?
Step 1 – Go to your“Cart”.
Step 2 – Slide to left on the item you want to“Delete” or you can add into your “Wishlist”.
Step 3 – Select the desired option.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS ON DARAZ NEW AND UNUSED?
Yes, Daraz only offers 100% new and unused products. The only exception is for refurbished laptops for which we ensure the best quality grade and full warranty from the vendor.

HOW TO CONTACT VENDOR ?

Step 1 – Login your account on Daraz App/Website with your register credentials.
Step 2 – Search the product in the search bar.
Step 3 – Click on the product.
Step 4 – “Question About This Product” option will appear at the bottom of the page.
Step 5 – Mention the complete query about the product in Question TAB
Step 6 – You will get response with in 12 working hours on your registered email ID on Daraz.
Step 7 – You can also check the response by clicking on My Account>Message>Promo, option.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Click on“My Account”and click on“My Orders”in the drop-down.
Once you see your order, click the“Cancel”Button & fill out the cancellation request form.
Choose the item(s) you need to cancel.
Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy.
Select your cancellation reason.
Click on“Submit”.

Click on“Details”on the main wallet page.
Click on“Withdraw Refunds”in the refunds section.
Select your bank and enter your account details where you would like your refund to be deposited.
Verify your details through email and confirm withdrawal.
Once you submit your withdrawal request, your refund balance will be frozen in your wallet, and you will not be.

Unfortunately, your shipping details cannot be changed after your order has been placed.

However, you may cancel the order and re-order with right address

WILL SOMEBODY CONTACT ME BEFORE DELIVERING THE PACKAGE TO MY LOCATION?

Furthermore, if you missed the delivery, we’ll attempt to deliver your order again, the next working day. We will attempt 3 times for the delivery of your order before cancelling it.

Items sourced from different sellers are often shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfillment of your order. Rest assured that you will get all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product pages of those items. There are no hidden charges on partial shipment.
DOES DARAZ DELIVER ORDERS OUTSIDE PAKISTAN?
No! Daraz does not deliver orders outside Pakistan
